SRS60 satellite will not connect

Hi - we have had a stable Orbi mesh for a long time - recently, one satellite has unpaired and will not re-connect (the top continuously flashes magenta). I have read that I am supposed to press Sync on the router and satellite simultaneously.

My question is -- will that unpair the other satellites? And do I have to press the buttons literally simultaneously?

No. Just turn OFF the other SRS while you attempt to get the other SRS reconnected.

Try a direct ethernet connection between the SRR and SRS...

Sorry - I don't understand your advice - I think you are saying I should turn OFF the other satellites, then pair the one that isn't working with the base, then turn ON the other satellites. Is that right?

And is the other option to carry the not-connecting satellite to the router, connect them by ethernet, and then do what?

        Yes.

See if the one SRS will connect to the SRR router via ethernet to see if it will sync there.
