The app does not show connected clients
Experiencing same problem & am away from unit, so unable to unplug/replug. Suggestions?

Sorry for my delayed response ---- am using a SXR30 & Insight 10.0.0 on my Android phone. (And am still away from the unit.)

What FW version is loaded on the Orbi system? Mines using v4.3.4.300.

Reboot remotely for example?
Insight App , tap on the device, bottom left find [Reboot]

I've the same FW version ---- 4.3.4.300! Netgear Employee BrettD claims bug will be fixed in next update --- no release date yet.

Thank you very much for your time & thoughts! If app is updated soon I'll do the reset & setup you suggest the next time I'm back at the unit.
