The app does not show connected clients

Experiencing same problem & am away from unit, so unable to unplug/replug.   Suggestions?

    What NG product are you using? 
    Insight app?

      Sorry for my delayed response ---- am using a SXR30 &  Insight 10.0.0 on my Android phone.  (And am still away from the unit.)

        What FW version is loaded on the Orbi system? Mines using v4.3.4.300.

  • I've  the same FW version ---- 4.3.4.300!   Netgear Employee BrettD claims bug will be fixed in next update --- no release date yet.

  • Thank you very much for your time & thoughts!   If app is updated soon I'll do the reset & setup you suggest the next time I'm back at the unit.
