Updated srr60 to latest firmware, everything stopped working

I have srr60 with 5 satellites. It was running 2.6.2.202, so I updated all through up address to 2.7.3.100. When it finished, everything stopped working and it keeps asking to enter my isp username and password. Although I make sure to enter it correctly, it keeps telling me it’s incorrect prompting me to configure it manually. That would be a hassle as I have to basically reconfigure all of the 5 satellites. Your help would be appreciated

Was the SRS updated before the SRR was?

Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router and satellite(s) been performed since last update?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
    Turn off and unplug modem.
    Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on computers and rest of network.

Make sure the information is correct from the ISP. Contact the ISP to check this.

SRR are not user configurable. They are auto configured and connected by the SRR.

What is the brand and model of the ISP modem or ONT the SRR is connected too?

You may need to do a full on factory reset on the SRS and SRR and set up from scratch using a wired PC and web browser.
