Disney circle passcode reset text not receiving
Got a new iphone and didnt think anything about signing out of circle on old phone which has now been reset. Trying to get myself back into my circle and ask for text message to send code but nothing...
What can I do. Any other way to get round this? Its on a Nighthawk R7000

hi i have the netgear r7000 router and got a new phone and forgot to log out of my past circle when the phone was reset and i cannot manage my circle now as well no texts are coming up which i am not sure if my old phone number is attached to the circle..

I am having the exact same issue with my passcode for Circle.
I have the Nighthawk R8000.
I have asked the app to send me a passcode several times and nothing comes through via SMS text on my phone. Without the passcode I can no longer access by Circle app.

I have never used the circle app, but would like to start, keep getting stuck on the "Enter Passcode" screen when I try to manage it.

Cant believe there are 3 pages about this and there are still issues.
You'd think by now the issue would be resolved.
We also seem to have this new no access to premium features when we are paying for a subscription. Do we get a free month, seen as were not getting what we paid for??

I have the same problem. My mobile is reset due to repair. Now i am not able to login to circle app and passcode is also not sending. Error "Failed to send passcode"

My Circle 1st Gen app freaked out this morning, acting like I don't have a premium subscription (which I do), and the router is blocking my kids' school websites. So I uninstalled Circle 1st Gen and re-installed but now I can't get back in because it's asking for a PIN and I've tried all that I ever use but nothing works. So I say I'm the only admin and it says it's sending me a text but I never receive it.

I cannot access circle. I keep receiving a screen saying that I need an access code, but one never arrives in my email. My children are locked out of necessary sites needed for school.

Having the same issue - replaced my phone and now getting "failed to send passcode".
This topic has been here for 2 years. Even though it seems to be solved via direct contacts with representatives, I think it's time to address the problem with developers or let Netgear customers upgrade to Circle gen 2

I restarted my router and the circle app does not connect. Asks for a management password and I am not able to get the password using the send me a text option. What is the best way to get the password or reset it.

I can not access Circle. I select the option for I'm the only Circle admin, then Text Me the passcode, but nothing ever comes to my phone.
