Disney circle passcode reset text not receiving
Got a new iphone and didnt think anything about signing out of circle on old phone which has now been reset. Trying to get myself back into my circle and ask for text message to send code but nothing...
What can I do. Any other way to get round this? Its on a Nighthawk R7000

I need to change my phone number for my Circle for Disney account so I may recieve the SMS passcode. I have found no way to access my account and no phone numbers to call for assistance. Can someone please help?

I've has the same problem and not had any response from my own forum post - so a little stuck.
Looks like my only option is now to cancel my Disney circle payment and look at other options.
It should be simple to reistall an app and get going again!!
Very Dissappointed.
- CammackmartinAspirantI agree it’s really poor. 2 companies of the size and footprint of Netgear and Disney should not be passing the back to and from each other over who should take responsibility for this. The issue appears to lie with Disney as it is their software that should be sending the text. My text works fine as the netgear router software has texted me. That said, netgear are licencing this and benefitting from the association. Personally I would expect a reputable company to fix this and have the courtesy to reply. I’m tempted to post this information on every forum available highlighting the poor customer service from netgear and Disney and look to use different companies.

Here's whatworked for me on an R7000:
-Backup your router configuration.
-Do a factory reset on the router.
-Set up the router as if it were new, and enable circle.
-Use the circle app to go through the circle configuration. It won't ask for a passcode now since it "thinks" that the router is new. (after setup is complete, use the app to obtain your passcode, even though you probably won't need it)
-Leave the circle app open on your phone while you reload your original configuration file.
-Once your router reboots and your phone connects to the wifi, use the circle app and select "reconnect to circle".
-Now your connected to circle without needing the passcode and you didn't lose your router configuration.

I had the same problem and eventually got passcode from Dexter which worked immediately but afterwards I realised that the mistake I had maybe made was that when setting up and entering my mobile number I had not ensured that I prefixed it with the correct international code (I'm in UK) so initially when pin number was sent it didnt reach me. Set up is supposed to automatically input correct international code but dont think it always works and you also have to remember to omit the first zero in your mobile nuber when setting up.
Had cause to get new number yesterday --- via the system, not Dexter --- and worked fine this time.

When trying to reinstall Disney Circle on iPhone, I do not receive a passcode. I have tried reseting router and deleting/reinstall app.

Installed Circle with new router 2 days ago. Worked great. Today I could not access anything via app on (android) phone. Have tried and tried to fix this by resetting router, uninstalling/reinstalling app on phone but no good -- click 'I am the only admin' but never receive passcode via text. Completely stuck and thinking about returning the router to merchant. Any advice or support available, please

As I said above though, DM or message Dexter and he will sort you out with acesss. He got me up and running again
