Genie app
I just updated my R8000 Nighthawk router and ever since my genie app will not stay logged in. I can login into my routert through routerlogin.net but not through the app on my phone or computer. I unplug the router and login through the app for about 2 min and then get kicked.

- ShowsomeApprenticeI am sorry but I disagree. Things are man made which makes them imperfect. They should have resolved it by now. What pisses me off is there customer service. This is not a problem with my router or modem or computer. It is with there app and they want to try and sell me some bull**bleep** service when you call in.
- ShowsomeApprenticeI have fixed my issue. I looked up Netgear R8000 firmware. I looked up an older version. Current version is V1.0.3.36.
I downloaded a zip file of V1.0.3.32 and opened zip file once it downloaded. Login to your router with router login.net go to router update and browse you're files for the install. usually it works after the reboot and come back after multiple logins, did you try multiple times

I am ready to give up all my Netgear products. There support team are nothing but a bunch of sales men. I dont need your damn services. I just want the services that are promised to work. It is starting to **bleep**ing piss me off! Fix your damn app. I can not access any of my parental controls.

The strange thing here that the problem we are facing is a big one, The App is simply unusable but no reply from Netgear yet. When calling support they wanted to sell me support, they said we never heared about this issue :) . what i did after they sent me the survey for the case they didnt do anything in i gave very low score almost zero in everything, still they didnt move, very bad , i will never buy any product from them again.
