Nighthawk app not showing connected devices

Hi, Nighthawk app stopped showing connected devices when I am on my own network, but when signing in remote it works. Iphone 11, latest software on both phone, app and router
  • Now i did a bundle of wifi in router (no change) and after going back to seperate wifi networks everything is working again and connected devices show up

    Hi Daydream_ll, 

     

    May you provide us with the version numbers of both the firmware and app for us to better assist. You may want to reboot/power cycle your router as a troubleshooting step.

      Hi,

      Nighthawk v1.0.5.24 version 2.6.7.0

      IOS: 14.1

       

      Router reebooted many times and software on iphone 11 uninstalled and installed again.

       

      Tried to install Orbit on my phone but it will not boot up, stopes when clicking o sign in.

        We recently released Nighthawk app version 2.7.0.27 for iOS. May you reinstall the app and check to see if your iPhone has iOS 14.2 available for update.
