Blinking white light for MS60
Had 2 full M60 systems. Both routers setup, 1 as an AP. 3 of the 4 sats setup around the house. Yesterday I had to reboot main router and even factory rest it. Today it all crashed, nothing worked. I ended up doing a full reset and setup of the main router. Some of the sats will connect but the AP router just blinks white.
- Rebooted at least 10 times
- Sync'd
- Factory reset button
Nothing will get it off that blinking white light. I believe trying to resolve the issues yesterday I got it out of AP mode and into bridge mode or it simply is just stuck as AP mode but with a conflicting IP.
Note: my phone shows a NETGEAR_SETUP as an open network. This was not there 2 days ago. I assumed I needed to connect to that so I could then edit the IP and/or settings for the AP router. It never connects, spins and finally says...IP address Failure. Again leads me to believe it has conflicting IP with the main router.
I need to find out how to fully factory reset this thing, then I should be able to hook it up, login, and make the changes i need to put it back as AP router. If I can't am I just stuck with a dead weight?
Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

So lets try setting up just 1 MK system while leaving the 2nd OFF.
Try to Sync the MS near or in same room as the MR.
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between MR and MS📡 to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?- je13air47Aspirant
This KB worked for me, it was a little annoying, but the tech I had was patient. After we tried all the standards, this was finally the one that got it going.

je13air47's method fixed my problem. I had blinking white lights on all satellites after attempting a FW update through the Nighthawk mobile app. I tried power cycling and hard resets, but none of that fixed the problem. I'm not hardware savvy, so I was reluctant to push a FW update through a hardwired connection, but I followed the instructions exactly, and now my my mesh network is working again.

Any progress on this?
