What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.
    How many MS are deployed?

What channel configurations are currently set on the router?

Try disabling the following and see:
Armor, Smart Parental Controls or Circle, Traffic Meter.

Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router been performed since last update?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
    Turn off and unplug modem.
    Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on computers and rest of network.

How do I find out firmware version?

Both the modem and the router were turned off all night, then turned back on this morning.

Before diving off into arcane territory, start simple and tell people a bit more. I'm afraid things like "it doesn't work" provide few diagnostic clues.

Are these wired or wifi connections?

What happens when you try to  connect? Any error messages?

Can wifi clients see the SSID broadcasts from the MR60 and/or MS60?

What modem, ONT, gateway sits between the MR60 and the Internet?

I'm not sure where the error messages are showing up. I just know my devices say no Internet or their lights are telling me they are not connecting.

What is SSID? What is MR60 or MS60?

SSID is the wifi service ID name of the wifi broadcast that comes from the MR and MS satellites.

MR is the router base unit, MS are the remote satellite units.
