Mk93s --Ms90 satellites won't wirelessly connect to mr90

Night hawk tri-band mesh 6e system (mk93s). I cannot get the satellites to connect to the router. I tried the nighthawk app and routerlogin. I tried a reset of the modem. I tried redoing the router and satellites firmware.

The satellites work only when connected via ethernet. The router works on its own just fine. I have searched the internet and did everything that seemed sensible. The only thing I haven't tried is disabling the armor protection the netgear forcibly turned on when I set up the mesh system (only just thought about this, will try later). I had a nighthawk p8000 with ex8000. The extender bricked so i am looking for a replacement for it/them.

Any other suggestions?

So if you factory reset both MR and all MS while having the MS in same room with the MR, After all as been factory reset on the MS first, then MR, give about 5 minutes and see if the MS auto connect the MRs default SSID name before you begin the setup wizard routine from and wired PC and web browser?

MS should auto connect the MRs default SSID name after all has been factory reset. Press the reset button for 15 seconds on the MS first, then MR lastly. Give about 5 minutes for the MS to connect. Might do the MS one at a time.

When the satellites are hardwired in, check the firmware on them and the router.

    what version is on each?

Everything had the newest updates on them. And I put them all in the same room because they were saying, keep moving them closer and closer until the signals match. Well, they're about six feet apart, and there's still no signal through wi fi. I went ahead and reinstalled the firmware that I downloaded from Netgear and as I was installing it, the program asked me if I wanted to continue the installation because it was already installed.

What frustrates me is I just paid a lot of money to have this new system. And now i've already spent half a day trying to get it to work and I don't understand why I need to do this when it's a brand new product that should be working great out of the box.

Thank you for asking the follow up question though!
And I'm going to have my son. Do the suggestion by the other gentleman. I'm too frustrated to do it right now.

When in same room, place the MS away from the MS at least 12 feet from the MR. Factory reset the MR and MS and they should auto sync to the MRs default SSID name. Give about 10 minutes.
