Nighthawk AX3600 Tri-Band WiFi 6 Mesh System

It appears my router is t even a selection available as a model, I’m looking for information regarding connectivity issues with NETGEAR - Nighthawk AX3600 Tri-Band WiFi 6 Mesh System (3-Pack) or called the MK83.

The problem is on multiple devices it shows full signal but then get errors saying cannot connect to wifi, specifically iPhones have the worst issues and a Roku tv. I have the router unit installed in the center of the house and my satellites are only 6 feet and 21 feet away from the main, but constantly show nothing connected to the satellites, even though my Xbox is wired to one of them. I’ve changed the 5Ghz channels 3 times, no joy. 2.4Ghz changed from 6 to 1 and then 12. Not much improvement.

Is this normal? I can’t find much info out there on these units and think they might just be garbage! My old linksys wrt54 had better range and connectivity. I’m at my wits end and may just buy another router, but thought I’d reach out since Nighthawks are supposed to be good, but there service is lacking. Of course I didn’t notice all these issues when I had there “armor” protection. Wondering if it’s related.

Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the NightHawk MESH products. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with NH MESH products and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this router forum. Might be more likely to find someone who has a solution if the question is posted there:

Please use this link to the main forum product list to review and choose where to make your posts.

    Thank you.

What Firmware version is currently loaded?

V1.1.6.6 when checking for updates it says it’s up to date as well.

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

Arris S33 and xfinity is the ISP.

What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?

      1800 sq. Ft.

What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between MR and MS📡 to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.

Literally 5 feet and through a floor an 20 feet for the 2nd satellite.

What channels are you using? Auto? Try Auto and 48 on 5Ghz. Or try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and 40 to 48 channel on 5Ghz.

      Channel 11 on 2.4Ghz and 48 on 5Ghz respectfully

Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?

2 neighbors on left and right.

2 neighbors on left and right. Do they have wifi and if so, can you see what channels they are using?
