Packet Loss on XR700 since latest update
I have the XR700 and since the 1.0.1.8 update, I have been getting consistent packet loss while playing fortnite.
This is what I have tried
- packet loss occurs both on WiFi and Ethernet
- tested on two consoles xbox one x and xbox one. Both have the same packet loss symptoms
- I have Reset my router to factory Settings twice, and this did not resolve the issue
- I have set up my xbox one x with QoS and Priority Traffic and it still happens
I have contacted my ISP and Epic Games no issues show up on their end
Yesterday I connected my old Router (Asus router), This resolved the issue. I do not get any packet loss or lag while playing anymore
I spent so much money on this "gaming router". What are my next steps?

What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?
Are you testing with ALL other devcies disconnected from the router?
Was a factory reset and setup from scratch performed after 1.8 was applied?
Try reverting back to v20 as others mentioned this seems to be the most stable.
- Netduma-FraserNetDuma PartnerIs it ONLY on the game or do you experience issues with other games or devices using the internet etc?
Disable Traffic Prioritization, do you see the same issue?- xbayx650Aspiranti have a Nintendo switch as well, there is some lag but I suspect it’s Nintendo online system.
I have tried disabling traffic prioritization and issue still occurs.
But the fact it doesn’t have issue with my old router.

- Netduma-FraserNetDuma PartnerDisable QoS completely under Anti-Bufferbloat's options, does that resolve it?
