How to connect to the APP a system which is already configured ?
I already have a RBK50 system with 5 satellites. It's working properly.
But I changed my mobile phone and I lost the system on the APP of my new S25 ULTRA.
I have tried to add it but 3 of 5 satellites are considered as not connected on the Network Mapping section.
But if I go on the orbilogin.net all 5 satellites are well connected ...
I have tried to reboot the router but always same ...
Any idea ?
Regards
Geoffroy

The Orbi 'app' was successfully installed on the new phone and the app logged in successfully to the router. The issue is that three satellites do not appear on the network map, correct?

Should be able to launch the app and sign into your NG account then after that, the Orbi app should see the Orbi system automatically.
Be sure to disable any MAC Address randomizers on phones and pads while at home:

Yes exactly !
Through webapp (orbilogin.net) all satellites appear as connected (4 wired and 1 through 5G)
But through ORBI APP (Android APK), only 2 satellites appear as connected ...

I did an update of ORBI APK to the last version and now all satellites are displayed. Thank you for your help. Much appreciated ! Geoffroy
