Orbi App Remote Management not working
get can't connect to wifi error when trying to conncet remotely to 2 differnt Orbi networks using IOS app
app works when phyisically conencted to the wifi, just the remote function not working.
Was working yesterday

- Same problem here. App shows router being connected while does not let me manage the devices remotely. Basically stuck at the “your product” screen.
Been experiencing the same problem recently....hopefully it is resolved soon.

We believe this issue was resolved today at approximately 2:30 PM (Pacific Time). Can you please confirm if this is still an issue? Thank you for the confirmation!! Some folks may still be seeing their devices offline. KMDonlon , I think you ran into this issue but it seems to be working now. Did you have to do anything special to get your devices to show online? Did you have to reboot the router or anything?
