Orbi Satellites not detected on Orbi app

App shows 0 of 2 satellites.  Checking directly with the router, it shows 2 satellites are connected.  Network Map on the App, shows both satellites.  Backhaul status, good on both.

App also shows both Orbi Satellites as inactive on App, devices.

Rebooting DID NOT FIX THE ISSUE.

Rebooting Iphone DID NOT FIX THE ISSUE.

Synching satellites DID NOT FIX THE ISSUE.

Power cycling router DID NOT FIX THE ISSUE.

Power cycling satellites DID NOT FIX THE ISSUE.

App version 2.22.0.247

Firmware V6.3.6.4

Tried calling support and chat.  Chat, you are 2nd in line, forever.  Calling....on hold, forever.

Big house, so checking status to ensure network is up is pretty important.  App should show actual status.

Maybe it's because Monday is a federal holiday, but this seems inconsistent:

    • App shows 0
    • App shows both

When I bring up the Android Orbi app, satellites appear in only one place, the Network Map.  They do not appear under "Device Manager" (because  they are not devices. They are satellites.)

I'm seeing the EXACT same thing.

      RBR40 -> RBS20 -> RBS20 - all wired connections.

You are seeing that the Network map shows two satellites connected in a daisy chain? (which apparently is correct).

Or, you are seeing what "exactly"?

  • Any progress on this?
