I am having the same issue. Smart Parental Control is also effected. It does not track usage and history. You also cannot pause any devices. It can only connect to the router through " access anywhere". If you try connect it locally, it will ask you to sign in and you will get a message saying "Logon timed out, please try again. If this issue persist, try rebooting your device". I thought it was a sync issue and I did a hard reset on my RBR50. After resetting it, I still cannot login through the Orbi App. It will say "Logon timed out, please try again. If this issue persist, try rebooting your device". The only way to setup up the router is through 192.168.1.1. Now there is no access to Smart Parental Control. Hope NETGEAR can provide an update on this issue.

Restarted my phone and now it works.

Just an update. I am using my wifes IOS 26.6.1 and the orbi app can login and also SPC works.

Be sure you update Orbi app as there is a new version out.

Also update the 50 series Orbi as there is latest update FW as well:
