Cell phone calls disconnect when on Wi-fi
I have noticed that if I have my WiFi on my iPhone XS and someone calls , the call gets immediately disconnected. If I try to make a call & the WiFi is on, as soon as someone picks up, the call is disconnected. Not a problem when the WiFi is turned off. Not a problem when I’m on someone else’s WiFi. Thoughts? Some kind of restriction from the Orbi router? (I’ve had this iPhone for almost 2 years and this is a new problem.)

I'm embarrassed to say I figured out the problem. It was my phone. I thought it was the router, that had nothing to do with it. Problem solved.

And conversly, if you turn wifi calling off, do the calls complete normally?
- Exactly. Turn off WiFi, no problem.
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?

Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and any unused channel on 5Ghz.

Armor, IPv6 and Set 20/40Mhz Coexistence to 40Mhz only. Set Short preamble instead of Long preamble modes. Save settings and reboot the router and satellite(s).Be sure that CTS and RTS values are changed to 2347 under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings
