I'm facing an issue with connections constantly dropping on multiple systems
After upgrading my RBR and RBS850 to v7.2.6.21, I'm facing an issue with connections constantly dropping on multiple systems, even systems directly plugged into the ethernet port of the RBR, so it's not an issue with the wireless configuration. Tried a factory reset and now things are even worse. Not sure where to go from here.

How was the system updated? Via AU or manually by updating the RBS FIRST then RBR lastly?
Did you power OFF everything for 1 minute then back ON after FW was updated?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6A STP is recommended. How many RBS are deployed?
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR📡 and RBS🛰️ to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.

Does this happen with both wireless and wired devices?

A complete pull of the power adapters for a period of time after the factory reset then walk thru the setup wizard and setup from scratch with a wired PC and web browser. https://kb.netgear.com/22697/How-do-I-install-my-NETGEAR-router-using-the-router-web-interface
Recommend setting the default DHCP IP address pool range to the following after applying and a factory reset: 192.168.#.100 to 192.168.#.200.

I would power OFF the ISP modem for 1 minute. Factory reset the Orbi router and power it off. Power ON the ISP modem and let it sync. Then power ON the Orbi router and walk thru the setup wizard again using a wired PC and a web browser.
Press the back reset button for 15 seconds then release.

Manually updating the RBS first, and then the RBR.

Yes.
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Not sure how this is relevant
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6A STP is recommended.I use high quality cat7 cables
How many RBS are deployed?
Just 1

️ to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.
https://kb.netgear.com/31029/Where-should-I-place-my-Orbi-satellite ️well over 30 feet
Does this happen with the RBS turned OFF? yes
Does this happen with both wireless and wired devices? YesEven worse, I get disconnected for connections between devices that are wired and connected via the RBR, so no wireless is involved and they should never get disconnected from one another.
What channel configurations are currently set on the router? Not material for wired connections

I used a pin in the back of the RBR to reset it.

Does the front LED on the RBR turn on PINK or WHITE any?

Again, you've failed to indicate how this can be remotely relevant. The issue happens between systems that only send traffic across the RBR's hard wired ethernet. The cable modem is not involved in that traffic whatsoever. However it is an UBEE, model # UBC1322
Does the front LED on the RBR turn on PINK or WHITE any?
This is not a coherent sentence, so I'm not sure what you're asking. When the RBR powers up, the LED is WHITE until it finishes booting, and then it turns BLUE.
It's very relevant. We need to establish if the ISP modem/ONT has built in router and wifi. As these can and do cause problems. And from the model you have, it does have a bulit in router and wifi. This would be a double NAT (two router) condition which isn't recommended. https://kb.netgear.com/30186/What-is-Double-NAT
https://kb.netgear.com/30187/How-to-fix-issues-with-Double-NAT
Couple of options,
1. Configure the modem for transparent bridge or modem only mode. Then use the Orbi router in router mode. You'll need to contact the ISP for help and information in regards to the modem being bridged correctly.
2. If you can't bridge the modem, disable ALL wifi radios on the modem, configure the modems DMZ/ExposedHost or IP Pass-Through for the IP address the Orbi router gets from the modem. Then you can use the Orbi router in Router mode.
3. Or disable all wifi radios on the modem and connect the Orbi router to the modem, configure AP mode on the Orbi router. https://kb.netgear.com/31218/How-do-I-configure-my-Orbi-router-to-act-as-an-access-point and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H7LOcJ8GdDo&app=desktop
Try option #2 first...Does the front LED on the RBR turn on PINK or WHITE any when this problem appears for you and you have problems?

https://kb.netgear.com/30187/How-to-fix-issues-with-Double-NATOnce again.. I've *never* had any issues with this setup UNTIL I upgraded to *this specific* firmware. Again, the traffic over the LAN in no way involves the cable modem.

I already answered this. Other than the bootup sequence, the light stays off.
Additionally, ever since this firmware upgrade, all my video calls for work have started having significant issues (to a wired device, so it's not the wireless).
Given the responses so far however, I've little faith I'll get anything useful from this forum.
