- I’m out of the 90 day support but emailed the mods as suggested…haven’t heard back yet. What the quickest way to get the beta firmware??? This is getting beyond frustrating…

- That reply would have been nice about 2 months ago when people first started having problems. Maybe an update along the way. But this is the FIRST post from anyone from Netgear on any of these threads. Too little too late (Costco got mine back almost a month ago), but good luck to those that still have these.

After not having any responses on my open case from support for over 2 weeks, today I received the NDA to download the Beta 4.6.3.16
Not sure if it's worth installing if Netgear is going to push an automatic update which differs from the Beta any day now.
I've actually been pretty stable on 4.6.3.7 although it's annoying that AX mode is disabled to get the satellites working. I'll actually need to manually capture a lot of my settings if updating requires the factory reset that's going to wipe out my config. As a side note, I believe that part of the reason why I have been stable is that I assigned reserved IP addresses for all of my devices which seemed to keep the connections even for the mobile devices as they moved out of range and into another satellite range.
First thing that I'll be testing is AX mode since that's what my support case was mostly about.
I have upgraded to the Beta and did not perform a factory reset at all.
After the upgrade the system was not stable either with AX features enabled or disabled.
Then i unchecked the option for 20/40MHz Coexistence and with AX Features enabled the system is completely stable for almost 2 weeks now. (Finally feels like i have my old Orbi back:smileyvery-happy:)
If my system would still be unstable today after upgrading I would have performed a factory reset but for the moment I follow the "if it aint broke, don't fix it" principle.

Thanks for the info FURRYe38 ! I am surprised they did not mention anything in the release notes regarding the stability problems and satellite disconnects...

FW troubles. I have read so many post and tried every suggestion I can, but still have RBS750 not connecting since 4.6.3.7 and now 4.6.3.16 FW auto updates. When RBS750 powered up the white light blinks and "backhaul, guest, and whc-F12E15" shows up, on available wifi networks. I have reset, tried to connect hardwire locally, complete system reset to factory defaults and no success. I have router up and 1 satellite connected and somewhat working. Is there a definitive solution to this problem? BTW-I tried NG support and was left angry and wondering why I paid for this $400 system. Worked great for 9 months. Like the majority of posts on this I have read, I am frustrated. Any help is appreciated.

You can downgrade back to v3 if you want to try this:

Netgear pushed the Beta to my 753s. Unfortunately, the push only went to my 750R not to my 2 753s. I manually upgraded the satalites and then turned the settings back to 100% for the 2.4 and other changes that had improved the problem.
I am STILL GETTING DISCONNECTS - the FIRMWARE DID NOTHING.
I continue to have issues with the satalite disconnecting.
NETGEAR IS THE WORST.Maybe I should return these to Costco like so many others have.
Whats the point of pushing a firmware that doesn't go to the satalites AND also still has the same problem?
