Orbi 850 BTTV Box displays IPC6023
Replaced ASUs mesh with Nethear Orbi 850 plus 1 satellite.
Everything works fast and stable but for life of me I cannot get the BTTV box to display streamed tv channels just get error IPC6023 all the time. All the apps on the box work fine, Samsung TV works fine!
Any ideas ? Thanks

Something to contact the Mfr about this box regarding there product.
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6A STP is recommended.Searched for "BTTV Box error IPC6339" and found a number of discussions. This one mentions IGMP. (This was talking about a Ubiquiti router, but IGMP seems to be the topic.)

IGMP is mentioned on page 87 of the RBR850 user manual.

If other apps on the BTTV box work correctly, do they provide access to the same programming?
- DavidWellerAspirantEnabled in router but still doesn’t work. No idea how to specify a vlan port but note there are a few for French TV etc
- DavidWellerAspirantOrbi connected direct to BT open reach fibre modem.
Orbi 850 running V4.61.4.3_2.3.12 firmware
Cable between BT open reach is same that’s been there for 18 months with BT home hub but swapped out for a cat 6e cable still no difference
Don’t understand why a £50 BT router is able to work when an £700 system won’t!Id try the new FW:
After it's loaded up on the RBS first then RBR lastly, power OFF the system for 1 minute, including the ISP modem, then back ON with the ISP modem, then RBR and RBS lastly.
