Orbi RBKE963B no longer provides internet after firmware updates
My Orbi RBKE963B no longer provides internet to devices on any firmware version after 6.0.3.85. Auto-update cannot be turned off in this version, so I have to roll back the firmware every single day after the 3 AM auto-update.
I update the satellites first, and the router second. I have tried power cycling and factory resets. The only thing that works is rolling back to firmware version 6.0.3.85.
Does anyone have any ideas?

My RBKE963B is working correctly with V6.3.7.10 and I believe most other 9-series customers are fine. Let's get more details on the nature of your internet connectivity issue.
- Is your Orbi running in Router mode? I guess yes.
- Do the devices have network connectivity to the Orbi but just not Internet? Can they visit "orbilogin.com" in a web browser and see the admin UI?
- Do wired devices also lack internet (as well as wi-fi)?
- If you can get to orbilogin.com or run the Orbi App, does the Orbi have an Internet connection?
Screen shots of the orbilogin.com status and Orbi app would be helpful to understand exactly what isn't working.
- ksi219AspirantMy Orbi is running in router mode and it says it has internet connectivity but does not. I did discover that one wired device, a personal computer, actually has internet. Other wired devices and wireless devices do not have connectivity to the internet, but do connect to the Orbi. These devices can visit orbilogin.com and access the admin UI.
You should not be rolling back FW.
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6A STP is recommended. What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS🛰️ to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.\I highly recommend manually updateing FW using a wried PC and web browser. Update the RBS first then RBR lastly.
Power OFF the system for 1 minute then back ON. If you continue to see problems still, factory reset the RBR and setup from scratch.
I might haver rebooted mine 4 days ago but it's been online and working well:

I appreciate the replies.
The ISP ONT is AdTran TA 352 4th Gen 1287802F1C. Home size is 2000 sq ft. The router is at the center of the home with the two satellites at the far edges about 30 ft away from the router. I am using Cat6A cable everywhere. I am having issues with wired devices as well. Everything is perfect with the older firmware. The two newest firmware versions cause issues. I know I shouldn't have to roll back, but this is what allows the router to actually function. I have tried routers from competitors and they also work fine. I am on the verge of writing off the Orbi as a total loss, as the official tech support seems out of their depth.

Also thought I'd mention I have factory reset several times and gone through all the power-on/power-off sequences. I did my firmware updates via a PC wired to the router/satellites, with the satellites being updated first.
