RBR Satellites connect but no internet
Hello,
The RBR 750 is working. Just did the latest firmware update. But since then the satellites will not transmit internet. They are connected, just no internet being transmitted and/or being received from the router.
Suggestions ?
NB - apologies if this question has been asked and resolved before

What FW version did you update with?
Did you update the RBS first then the RBR lastly?
Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router and RBS been performed since last update?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
Turn off and unplug modem.
Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on computers and rest of network.- Bushcat748Aspirant
Please excuse the ignorance.
Just updated via the app. So am assuming that was the router 750 not the rbs350 satellite.
The version is 7.2.6.31
so am assuming the rbs satellite needs firmware update?
how do I do that ?
There we are. Ok, RBS350. Sorry that v7 FW isn't compatible with the RBS350s so you'll need to downgrade the RBR750 back to v4 FW:
You'll need a PC or wireless PC/Laptop to download the RBR FW file to the PC and then log into the RBRs web page and send it to the RBR:
I'd disable the auto FW update option as well:

No idea if or when the 350 series RBS that are apart of the 650 series model system will be getting FW. They may not be.
