I am confronting the same or related issue. The problem I have is that I cannot login to either of my RBS760 satellites. I get a dialog asking for my credentials but after submitting them the window is either blank or the sign-in dialog remains. If I enter bogus credentials a login message does appear. I have gone through factory reset and moving a satellite so that is could connect to the router with wired backhaul. I am basically stuck and unable to update firmware. In fact I am only attempting to do a manual firmware update because the online update has been returning no updates since the 6.3.8.11 release in December 2025.

The most recent firmware is v6.3.8.11, released Dec 12, 2025.

Thus, it is not surprising that the system does not report anything more recent.

I should have been more specific. Currently I am on 6.3.8.5 and want to update to 6.3.8.11. Problem is that I am unable to login to the web interface on my RBS760 satellites.

So the RBRs log in is not working for the RBS loging web pages? RBS log in should be same as RBRs.
Try admin and "password" to test on the RBS.

Yes. I am using the same credentials for RBR and RBS which are Username=admin and Password=<password>. The credentials are not rejected but the result is a blank window or a window with the login dialog displayed again. I am trying to attach a screenshot but it is not uploading.

Ok.
Ya attatching or coping and pasting pictures in the post isn't working currently. You can post up on a cloud are and post this link if you have time.
If the RBS are connected to the RBR, you might do a full on factory reset and setup form scratch. During the walk thru with a PC and web browser, the system will check for a FW update and if seen, would get applied then. Should update the RBS. I recommend bringing the RBS to same room or near by the RBR so you can see the RBS front LEDs processing during this, once all is updated, you can return them to there remote locations.
Follow this guide to do the factory reset:

Thanks for the link to the reset documentation. I had done a hardware reset on one of my RBS but will try the full setup.

Hope it works out. Keep us posted.

I had the same issue. What solved it for me was doing a manual update of the satellites, but crucially using another browser. Safari failed the same way you describe. When I used Brave it worked without issues.
