I just upgraded my RBR50 to RBR850. The setup was easy but in connected devices, I couldn't see any of the PC that's connected the my Satellite (RBS850). It only happened to wired PCs only. The PCs can get an IP but just can't be displayed in the "Connected Devices"When I disconnect the Wire and use WIFI to connect to router it showed up in "Connected Devices".Any one experienced this issue? (I didn't see this with my RBR50 and the network setup is the same.)

Well crap. I have not helped at all. Guess you have two options: Pick at this scab until you get an answer. (search the forum for one term after another until a post comes up about 850 and ethernet devices not appearing, post more questions, Pay Gear Head to talk to you, etc.) or Now that the PC's are in the LAN Reservation table, move on to Port Forwarding.My practice is to: Confirm that the service responds to connections from the LAN first. Confirm that the Windows Firewall will accept connections for that service from foreign networks Check with Gibson Shields Up! that the ports appear to be open. Debug with the actual Public IP address before setting up Dynamic DNS. Good Luck

I did try both with app and web, the number of devices in web matched the number of devices in app. i.e. I still don't see the 2 "wired" PC in connected Device.The reason why I need to see them is because I want to give them "reserve" IP so that I can port forward easily. If these are Windows PCs, open a command window and type the command ipconfig This will display information about each of the network adapters, including the IPv4 address.needed for the LAN Setup table. ipconfig /all will display much more information, including the hardware MAC address which is also required for the LAN Setup table. Knowing the IP address, there is no device in the Attached Devices display with that IP address?

  I submitted a ticket and the support team seems to claim that it might be bug in the current firmware. Since the computer is getting connections and I was able to even do port-forwarding and reserve IP. It's not blocking me at all. I was told that I will be notified once this problem is fixed.
