Setup advice...
I have an RBR750 with 4 RBS350s. I want the DHCP to come from our firewall/router. I created a pool on the Firewall for WiFi and some access policies.
My questions are:
1. When I connect the RBR750 to the firewall, do I use the Internet port on the ORBI or one of the LAN ports? I guess this would be AP mode rather than Router mode?
2. Once I pair the RBS350 with the RBR750, is there any management done on the 350? or is everything done on the 750?
3. On SonicWave APs, you can broadcast different SSIDs that are connected to different VLANs on the same physical port on the SonicWall. Is this possible on the setup I have or would I just setup 2 different systems and connect to different ports on the Firewall?

Would be best to set up the Orbi system for AP mode and it's reqired to use the WAN port for the RBR connecting to the main host router:
Static IP Address Configuration for AP Mode | NETGEAR Communities
Not much to manage while in AP mode accept for wifi channels on the RBR unit.
Orbi AX systems have the main WLAN, Guest Network and a separate IoT network. Nothing can be VLANd for wifi on Orbi AX home systems.
RBS connection configuration will be based on placement to each other from the main router unit. Out in a line, that is daisy chain, out in star formation from the router unit, is non daisy chain formation/connection.

The consumer grade equpment doesn't support different vlan's the same way business class does. You'll effectively have 2 different wireless systems.

Another question comes to mind...
I have the RBR750 in a window on the ground floor of a 3 story building. I have 2 RBS350s on the 3rd floor. The building is an H config and the Router is near the crossover. You can go between each wing through a door and the RBS350 is hanging on the wall just inside the door. There is also a window next to the door. Total distance between the Router and top floor satellites is no more than 40-50 ft. if I had to guess. Maybe a smidge more...
I have these 2 other RBS350s that I was considering putting on the second floor in similar location as third floor units. Can the RBR750 connect to 4 RBS350s wirelessly? I am assuming that the 22nd floor units would be connected direct to the router and the 3rd floor daisy chain through the 2nd floor units?
I read that NetGear recommends only 2 daisy chained satellites. Am I asking too much from these 350s?

AP mode would be best.
The manual says to connect the internet port.

Everything is normally done on the 750. You can browse to the 350, but that mostly gives you status.

AFAIK, there is no way to connect a VLAN to a SSID on the Orbi wifi network. Perhaps plemans , CrimpOn , or FURRYe38 can confirm.
