Unable to login to RBS350 satellite
I have been unable to log into my satellite. I tried using the router user and pass and the default user pass of admin/password. The route is showed as synced as well.
Is there another password or way to reset the pw?

Welcome to the NETGEAR Community!
I understand that you are having an issue with your admin login credentials. If you do not remember your password you can recover your password through password recovery.
Please follow the steps below to recover your password:
- Launch a web browser from a computer or mobile device that is connected to the Orbi network and enter http://orbilogin.com.
The login window opens. - Click the Cancel button.
If password recovery is enabled, you are prompted to enter the Orbi serial number located on your Orbi router.
Note: The serial number is on the Orbi router product label. - Enter the serial number of the router and click the Continue button.
A window opens requesting the answers to your security questions. - Enter the saved answers to your security questions and click the Continue button.
A window opens and displays your recovered password. - Click the Login again button.
A login window opens. - With your recovered password, log in to the router.

There is only one user name ("admin") and one administrative password for the router and all satellites. Can you please confirm that when the web browser attempts to connect to the IP address of the RBS350 satellite, the typical login credential box appears? For example, this is one of my satellites:

For anyone else that runs into this.
I factory reset just the satellites. Once this was done it accepted the default user/pass of admin/password.
Glad you got it working. Please mark your thread as solved so others will know. Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.
