I have an raxe300 connected to a cm3000
I have an raxe300 connected to a cm3000, and it says the internet speed is 470 mbps, when the computer is connected direct to the cm3000 it says the internet speed is 1149mbps. If I try to manually setup the raxe300 to a manual bandwidth setting, the max allowed is 1000 mbps, but when the computer is direct to modem I can get 1149 mbps. Why can't I manually set the internet speed of the raxe300 to a faster speed.

Connected to the 2.5 gb wan port. The router will not allow me to select an internet speed on the QOS page of greater that 1000 mbps. Tha ACTUAL provisioning speed from my ISP is faster. Router speed test, ( Probably due to the server they are using), is 470 mbps, computer direct to modem gets 1149 mbps, but again, the router will not allow a manual speed selection of greater that 1000 mbps.

QoS is not really needed on ISP speeds 1GB or higher. I'd disable QoS, reboot the router then speed test.

I realize that, but the QOS page is where the INTERNET BANDWIDTH is either calculated, or input. If you notice, I didn't select QOS, I am working at the place where it says I want to define my internet bandwidth.
The Technical Specifications show the RAXE300 WAN port being 2.5G
How is Darkatt measuring speed on the RAXE300:
- With a device connected to a 1G Ethernet port? or
- With a device connected over WiFi?

Be sure your using the multi-gig WAN/LAN port to connect to the CM3000 modem.
Default on the RAXE router uses the 1Gb yellow WAN port.CAT6A STP cable is recommended between the RAXE and CM modem.
