AC 1600 WIFI CABLE MODEM ROUTER, MODEL #C6250 installation
I'm trying to set up my Internet, I have a AC 1600 wifi cable modem router, model number C6250. I'm currently using centurylink. I've plugged a coaxial cable that's connected to the wall into the router, but I'm getting nothing. I've already called and confirmed that my Internet service is active, and for the life of me can't seem to find one helpful video for this brand online. Any help is appreciated.

If you are not getting a internet connection at all then you will have to contact the ISP again something is not right with the connection. What are the lights doing on the front of the modem?

- FH12345AspirantI actually found out the modem I had wasn't compatible, I have a new one now. Still no Internet, but at this point the modem is still just giving a blinking DSL green light, so ISP is going to send a tech out.
