Ac1200 c6220
I just got a Netgear AC 1200 Model C6220 modem/router combo, it is supposed to be in working order, it will work fine though WiFi and wired until I try to access it to change any settings, at that point it will reset itself and won't let me change them or do anything with them, another issue is wifi, it won't let me set the wifi up, anytime I try that in the settling it again kicks off and resets and doesn't give the option to even connect to the wifi although it shows it's on, is there a fix for this or have I gotten took here. Any suggestions?

Have you tried to factory reset the unit by holding the reset button for 10+ seconds?
DarrenM- I tried that several times, I called the ISP and it wasn't on their end, it's weird because when I go to get into it to even change or look at the settings it resets the entire router, it won't allow you to do anything at all in the menus.
Try to remove the coax from the modem then try to access those settings this might tell you if it is a ISP issue if not because if it does not have the same behavoir with the coax cable removed then it says its a config issue on the ISP side or we may need to get you in contact with Netgear support.
