You can check your version with the version your ISP currently supports.&nbsp;

But&nbsp;FURRYe38&nbsp;is correct, the end user can't update the device. Its pushed from the ISP as part of its provisioning for the device.&nbsp;

Are you experiencing problems with the modem? If so, give us some details on what your having problems with.&nbsp;
If we can determine or help solve the problem, then this would be first step.
&nbsp;
Otherwise you'll need to contact your ISP and ask them about updating the modems FW. We can not do anything to effect this nor can users.&nbsp;

I'm supposed to have speeds around 100 mbps and it's consistently around 20-30 mbps.&nbsp;
