May 18, 2021C6300 AC1750 Cable Modem Router
The Upstream light on the front of the device is always orange. I tried a reboot (on/off button on back). Firmware version 3.01.04 and Cox is my vendor. Otherwise the device seems to work properly. Any ideas?

that seems to indicate only 1 upstream channel is locked.
Do you have a screensnip of the cable connections page (shows the upstream/downstream info)
check your link for kinks, damage, old/bad/cheap/corroded connectors. replace them if you do.
I'd also remove any spiltters, amplifiers, or attenuators from the line.
