C6300 Internet Disconnect

On my second C6300 (Firmware V1.02.20) which dicinnects from the Internet nightly and usually between 2000hrs and 2100hrs. The issue seems to be getting worse and more frequent than ever before. 

 

Cable company was here tday and everything on their end is working fine.

 

The disconnect - from what O can tell - only imapcts the connnection to the internet. The wirreless signal rom the C6300 remains intact and any peripheral connected to the wireless appears.

 

The little "World" light blinks when the connection is lost, and all of the other ights on the unit are lit and solid (other than the 2.5Ghz and 5GHz which blink).

 

I can't make heads-or-tails of the Log and if it is the same MAC address that causes the trip. I have saved the logs too Word ddoc as  I can't even get the logs to be emailed.

 

Very frustrating as this was not a cheap unit. Switching cable providers this weekend and I have asked they bring a wireless router - but would rather use my own than pay $5 a month.

    Hi

     

    Can you please post DOCSIS Event Log and power levels?

     

    Advanced  tab > Administration > Event Log (paste the whole log when the disconnection happens)

    Basic Tab > Cable Connection  (copy the whole table and paste is here)

        Can you please let me know your ISP?  It does not look like Comcast or TWC from your logs.
