C7000 Channel lock issue only 2 of 4 downstream channels show as "locked"
Just bought a new C7000 Nighthawk AC1900 Cable Modem with WiFi/Router. When installed on my cable service, only 2 of 4 downstream channels show as "locked". If I connect the ISP's modem, all 4 downstream channels show as "locked".
What do I need to do with my C7000 to get all 4 downstream channels to lock?

Hello Roemere
I would contact your ISP and get in contact with there technical department have them run some tests on the modem see if they can do some resets it could be a issue with the boot file they are sending the modem.

The modem was installed by the ISP technician. When he saw that it was not locking he contacted the central office to verify settings. He then tried putting their modem back in to see if it was a line issue. Their modem worked fine. He then re-installed my modem and got the same results as before. I contacted Netgear support and they had me do a reboot and then a reset using a paper clip. No improvement. The Netgear tech then said that there was nothing more he could do and that since I am able to get on the internet it is working. - RodingoAspirantI'm also have a similar issue with the downstream LED on my unit blinking. Which means it's continuously scanning for a downstream channel. I've had my C7000 since Dec of 2015 and this problem started yesterday.
