Something is wrong with the connection have you tried to remove any splitters on the cable line that the modem is connected to?

It ended up being, I think, I had to specify the MAC address of the Internet Port to Comcast. It worked fine right after I did that, locked in all channels immediately. Worked fine for about 18 hours, at which point it is now saying Network Access Denied by MSO.
