Can't get over about 200mbps on new CAX30 with Xfinity 1.2gbps plan
Hi! I've got a new Netgear Nighthawk AX6 CAX30 with firmware 2.2.4.2.
I have the Xfinity 1.2gbps plan.
On my PC I'm seeing speeds of about 200mbps.
On the PC's 2.5G connection I'm seeing around 200mbps also.
On the PC's 5G connection I'm seeing about 200mpbs...
The laptop is getting around 11mbps on 5G and 158mbps on, I think, 2.5G.
On the Netgear modem/router UI I'm getting around 500mbps.
Xfinity reports that this modem is not on their "approved" list and I'm told that may mean I'm being throttled. Something about how I have the 1.2gbps plan and the modem can only handle 1gbps via ethernet, or...?
Curiously, LAN3 on this device only shows 100M/Full. The PC is connected to LAN1 which shows 1G/Full.
Can someone help me maybe figure out how to get back up to gigabit speeds using the CAX30 with the 1.2gbps plan?

I also tried disabling all of the features I could find that were listed but none of them appear to affect the speed by any noticeable degree.

Sorry...I'm not seeing the very large message I spent twenty minutes creating and then posted before the one about disabling the features. Did that not get posted? It gave me a message about uploading media (screenshots) and to "check back" or something like that.

Ya coping and pasting photos isn't working in the forums. If you have photos that you wanna post, pleast post them up on a cloud share and then copy the link for it, then select the Camera icon from the post tool bar and select From URL.
You can just copy the text data from the CAX30 cable connections and event logs page and past the text data into a post.

FYI, the LAN ports on the CAX30 are only 1000Mpbs supporting so max you would see would be around 900Mpbs at most. You won't see anything over 1Gb.
Brand and model# of the ethernet adapter in these PCs.
WiFi Channels configured on the CAX30 for wifi?
Try disabling the following and see:
Armor, Smart Parental Controls or Circle, IPv6, Protection Engine, Traffic Meter.
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
Please post a copy and paste of the modems connection status and event log page.
