CM 1000v2 Going In and Out 100+ Times a Day

Hello!
We've been having a lot of trouble with our wifi staying connected, so I'm hoping for some insight. The wifi will connect, then go out, connect and go out. There's no pattern. And the Modem goes first. We had our ISP out to check their end; they replaced a cable and checked everything else. It should be working. That's what is so confusing.

I've attached our Event Log, because it really doesn't make any sense to me, so perhaps it might to one of you. Any help would be wonderful!

Please post a copy and paste of the modems connection status page.
    https://kb.netgear.com/30007/How-do-I-obtain-the-cable-connection-information-from-a-NETGEAR-cable-modem-modem-router

Any Criticals, Errors or Warnings seen in the event logs needs to be reviewed and resolved by the ISP. Indicates a signal issue on the ISP line up to the modem.

Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.
What is the brand and model of the host wifi router connected to the modem?

We contacted the ISP and they checked. The modem needed an update. That helped temporarily. Then it returned to what it had been doing previously. The line is doing fine. We connected a different modem and we've had no problems since.

I think the Modem may have been the problem sadly.

      Thanks!

Would need to see the cable connections data page from the CM1000 to better determine if the CM could be the issue or a signal on the line would be the cause. The modem already saw issues in the event logs which point to a signal problem on the line up to the CM modem.

Your cable connections page helps in conjunction with the logs.

From looking at them briefly, you still have line issues. You're getting T3 errors, dynamic range window violations, power issues. Etc.

Not saying it couldn't be the modem as they do go bad but we usually start with those errors.
