CM1200 issues with cox connection

Recently I’ve been having issues with cox internet, and was told it was my equipment. I went and got a new modem and router, which surprise surprise didn’t fix the issues at hand. I’m getting packet loss on hardwired and wifi using devices. Mostly only noticeable during gaming, I have the 1GBPS plan and receive about 950mbps download speed and around 35mbps upload. I’ll attach the error codes in a bit, as I’m out and about right now but there’s multiple warning and criticals in the modems event log. Cox has come out twice now, and have said lines are good and connection is good, but something is definitely awry with the service.

      Your line connection doesn't look to bad but your logs are indicating issues with it. 

      If you've had this with 2x different modems, then the ISP can't blame it on the modem anymore. They'll need to check the line.

    Any Criticals, Errors or Warnings seen in the event logs needs to be reviewed and resolved by the ISP. Indicates a signal issue on the ISP line up to the modem.

     

    Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended. 
    What is the brand and model of the host wifi router connected to the modem?

      The wifi router is a Netgear nighthawk AX6-AX5400 I added the event log as well as the other spam of numbers
