CM600 and Suddenlink tap issues?
Here is a screen shot of the latest Cable Connection info.
This was an hour after it rebooted. I have had 2 techs come out and re-terminate all the lines. One actually went to the Tap and checked the signal there. He said that the levels were not balanced. We disconnect multiple times a day. Also, my neighbors are reporting issues. Can anyone help me get this resolved?

So you've got errors in your line. The techs have said theirs errors in your line. The neighbors are all having issues.
this really seems to be an ISP issue and not a modem issue.

I agree. They keep telling everyone that it is our equipment. I have another tech coming tomorrow.
Just had another outage. Here are the logs during that outage.
