Hi,

 

we strongly recommend you NOT to do it. It may not even work.

 

Reasons:

1. ISP ONLY allow 1 IP unless you are business account. Even if you have business account, you will only 5 IPs.

 

Correct way to do it it

 

Comcast --> CM700 --> Router ----> TV

Comcast --> CM700 --> Router ----> ANY wired or wireless device..

 

 

OR 

 

Comcast --> CM700 --> Router ----> switch --> ANY wired or wireless device..
