Ethernet Ports not working
I have a C7000v2. Ethernet Port 1 is always green even if nothing is plugged into it. I never show any device that's plugged into any of the ports under 'Wired' in 'Attached Devices' even with many combinations of devices and cables. I have in the past but not now.
The green and yellow lights seem to work for the other ports. If I do Show Statistics I show traffic on the ports other than 1 when they are plugged in but not when they are not.
Any thoughts? I'm assuming the ethernet ports are dead/screwed up but maybe someone has other ideas?

If you disconnect all wires including the coax cable, pull the power cord from the wall out late for 30 seconds then plug back in, does this change anything?

with call cables disconnected, press the reset button for 15 seconds then release?
