Factory Reset
I was told that I need to perform a factory reset on my Netgear N600, Model C3700 Modem/Router because my business VPN is being blocked.
The Netgear support site tells me to find the pinhole on the back of the Modem/Router and press for 7 seconds. There is NO PINHOLE anywhere onthe unit that I can see.
I realize that this is an extremely basic question, but I just cannot figure it out. The only button on the back in the On/Off.

That's a big place.

That may be the only _obvious_ button. If only there were some kind
of user manual for this thing. But, wait! There is! Visit
http://netgear.com/support , put in your model number, and look for
Documentation. Get the User Manual. Look for "Factory Default
Settings". There's even a picture. (And looking at it makes it clear
why they included it. Spotting the flyspeck could be tricky.)- bobm202Aspirant
On my 4500 v3 above the off button there is a tiny hole and I can use a paper clip in there to reset.

In the case of the C3700 it is on the bottom.
This is clear shown in the manual, always the best place to look for this sort ot thing:
