You may need to factory reset the unit but you will want to find your default gateway which could of changed to access the GUI page.

Thanks, DarrenM. In the meantime since my post, we ran out of patience trying to fix it and am now just renting the router from FIOS, given that we may end up moving again in a year (it works great, haha).
