How do I set up remotore access to my modem/wifi router on my C6300.
How do I set up remotore access to my modem/wifi router on my C6300. I have tried follow the NetGear setup up guide but it kept saying my device (C6300) does not support remote access? Any work around? Thanks in advance!

Which "the NetGear setup up guide"? Are you using the router's web
interface, or some "Genie" app (on some unspecified device)?
According to the User Manual ("Remote Management", page 84), there's
an option in the web interface to allow remote management (using a web
browser). Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your model number,
and look for Documentation.
If you're using a "Genie" app, does its documentation say that it
supports remote management of your modem+router model?Thank you for your quick response. I have tried and called NetGear tech support, but they said the NetGear Genie app does not support remote access for my router (C6300). I can access remotely via web browser, but the reason i try to setup with the NetGear genie app so it can works with Amazon Alexa (voice command to turn on/off guest wireless function or to reboot the router when it act up - since the router is setup in the far side of the house). Guess I just have to keep walking back & forth to manually reset the the modem/wifi :).
