Latest Support Firmware for CM400

I have a Netgear CM400 Cable Modem that I use with Spectrum (originally with Time Warner before the merger). It is currently on firmware version 1.01.13. When I call Spectrum to update it to what I believe should be the latest supported firmware for a CM400 on Spectrum (1.01.19) I get put on hold for 30 minutes, only to have someone come back and say version 1.01.13 is the latest spectrum supported. When I tell them that Netgear published a link saying .19 is the latest, they tell me to have Netgear update it. Obviously Netgear doesn't publish firmware to end customers as the individual ISP's require different versions. Is Spectrum just confused or is 1.01.13 the actual latest Spectrum supports? I found the following link that says for Spectrum 1.01.19 is the latest, but I would love some clarification: https://kb.netgear.com/000036375/What-s-the-latest-firmware-version-of-my-NETGEAR-cable-modem-or-modem-router

    Hello Rogalskij

Its a little crazy with spectrum with it being 3 ISPs under one name now so it could take some time for them to update everything so you could be on a older firmware.

This is a very good point. When it was Time Warner by itself, they seemed to be more on top of it. Is the site I provided correct do you think? Is firmware 1.01.19 the correct version that it should be on once Spectrum gets a better handle on it?
