my netgear ac1750 modem/router model c6300
I bought a new netgear ac1750 modem/router. I have a zmodo camera system and I called zmodo to get all configuration done with them and then called netgear to get help with port forwarding with them....

There is a issue with the older firmware on the C6300 which causes port forwarding not to work this has been fixed on the bigger cable company but may not have been patched with yours. We can Rma your C6300 to get you a C6300 with the updated firmware Private message me with your email phone number name and serial number of the modem and I can set up a ticket for our customer support team to RMA the modem for you.
