Nighthawk AX2700 plugged power in and only the 1234 lights are on.

Question

Hi all today the device start giving issue. cannot connect to the internet and performed a reset. now the only lights that come on are the 1,2,3,4 lights nothing else. ANY ADVICE will be much appreciated. Device is only 5mnths old, thanks.

No I cannot, even tried using the app to reboot / rest will not connect.

If you disconnect the ISP coax cable from the modem, then press the reset button for 10 seconds then release, does the top power led then turn ON?&nbsp;
