Orbi WiFi 6 System (RBK853) AX6000 And Modem cm2000, 1200 or 1000

Looking to get into the Orbi WiFi 6 System (RBK853) AX6000.  Also a good modem to go with it. So the question is below what's better to work with it.

I need a modem that’s state of the art but not over kill. I like the cm2000 and and cm1200 but I see on the 1200 is multiple IP addresses which we don’t need. I’m guessing the 2000 is the same. So is the cm1000 the one I wanna get into?

Thanks for your time.

the CM2000 has only 1 ethernet port but its capable of 2.5g. so is the RBK853

so you have the capability of >1gig speeds from your isp. If its compatible with your isp's service.

I'd recommend either the CM2000, the CM1100, or the CM1000 (if compatible)

    CM2000: capable of 2.5gig

CM1100: capable of port aggregation for >1gig speeds

CM1000: capable of 1 gig speeds.

Hey, thanks for the reply.  After reading further, I saw on the mesh system it recommended the cm1200.  Your opinion on that one??

Unless you have an ISP that allows multiple public ip address (most don't) then its kind of pointless.
