Unable to login and reset NETGEAR47 router admin password, in return not able to reset WIFI password

Hi,&nbsp;i've recently got comcast connection setup. Now, when I tried to reset password for wifi, I'm facing issues:&nbsp;1. Not able to login on routerlogin.net with admin password.2. after few attempts, it asks me to reset admin account, that again asks for security questions which I haven't set3. I tried setting up wifi password through the steps provided on the Netgear portal.http://www.loginrouterlogin.net/router-login/4. Restart of computer and router/modem didn't help either.&nbsp;Can anyone please help on this.&nbsp;Thanks,SK&nbsp;

Please confirm what NG product you have. Your tag line says a CM500 which this is a modem only with out built in router nor Wifi.

Do you have a external router connected to this modem?

Hi,&nbsp;I'm using "N600 WiFi Cable Modem Router", Model - C3700v2.&nbsp;I tried again but still I'm unable to set the password.&nbsp;Thanks.

Factory reset the modem and with a wired PC and web browser walk thru the wet up wizard.

You can also set a different SSID name as well. You don't have to use NETGEAR47.
