Upload light is a solid red. Download is a solid green. LAN is flashing. Speed tests show over 75Mbp
i got a netgear cm500 to replace isp providers modem,called them had them do their thing and activate it,all lights green except upstream is solid red,since i waited 6 months before i hooked this thing up i no longer qualify for tech support from the company that makes this thing.i am not sure if this is and issue but reading through some of the stuff in here i am running a d-link dir-651 router,also i logged into modem and saw that the time is off by an hour.not sure if that makes a difference as i saw it in one subject and they never elaborated on how to fix it or fix the 1 red light for upstream.please help,im going crazy

yes i had looked in there and saw that it shows all green,but is that the way its supposed to be,or is one actually supposed to be red,it does not give enough information.and if one is supposed to be red,then why is my internet act so sluggish,but the netgear modem says it is working fine.it didnt act like this with the modem rented from isp provider.
also i figured out how to get to the logfile in modem and this is what i get to see,not sure why some of it shows yesterdays date and some is for 1-1-1970,none of this makes sense,and im not a computer guru,i just want this to work like its supposed to.

You will need to call your ISP. They may have to send a tech out to diagnose your line.
