Use Netgear C3700 N600 as Modem Only
Hello! I am planning to upgrade to a different wifi router in the future. Can I use this modem/router as a modem only and connect a router to it? Thanks!
I heard that the C3700/N300 doesen't, but i'm wondering if the C3700/N600 does.
Thanks!
When the C3700 is fully bridged, then the R6700 router will work with it.

I would review the user manual to see if there is any bridge mode or modem mode or disable NAT mode features for this modem combo. Most modem combo supports modem only mode.

C3700 or C3700v2? Look at the product label.
Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your (actual) model number,
and look for Documentation. Get the User Manual. Look for "Cable Your
Modem Router to a Router or Gateway".> I heard that the C3700/N300 doesen't, but i'm wondering if the
